Start by painting your toilet paper rolls with your light brown acrylic paint.

While the paint is drying start to cut out your hula girl’s hair and accessories, including bra, skirt or tail with your construction paper.

We added a ‘curl’ to our hula girl’s hair by rolling the end of the paper over a pencil.

Add details with your Write Dudes Gel Pens and Broadline Markers.

Once the paint on the toilet paper roll is dry, draw a face with your Black Broadline Marker. Then, glue the extra pieces to your mermaid to bring it to life.
