Do you love hula hooping? We do too! Create these stylish hula girls using recycled toilet paper rolls. The hula girl craft is an easy and fun process, so let’s get started!
Here are the supplies needed:
- RoseArt Broadline Markers
- RoseArt School Glue
- RoseArt Paint Brushes
- Write Dudes Gel Pens
- Light Brown Acrylic Paint
- Construction Paper
- Toilet Paper Rolls
Start by painting your toilet paper rolls with your light brown acrylic paint.
While the paint is drying start to cut out your hula girl’s hair and accessories, including bra, skirt or tail with your construction paper.
We added a ‘curl’ to our hula girl’s hair by rolling the end of the paper over a pencil.
Add details with your Write Dudes Gel Pens and Broadline Markers.
Once the paint on the toilet paper roll is dry, draw a face with your Black Broadline Marker. Then, glue the extra pieces to your mermaid to bring it to life.
No matter what the weather is outside, these fun hula girls will bring the sunshine to your house! Happy creating!
