Celebrate your blessings this year with this ‘Give Thanks Thanksgiving Box’. It’s easy to set up, and is a great reminder of what Thanksgiving is all about!

Here are the supplies needed for this craft:

  • RoseArt Poster Paints
  • RoseArt Crayons
  • RoseArt School Glue
  • Construction Paper in Red, Yellow, Brown and Orange
  • Small Tissue Box
  • Scissors
  • Googly Eyes
  • Packing Tape

Start by painting your small tissue box using your brown RoseArt Poster Paint. Allow the paint to dry completely.

Next, cut out a turkey shape from your brown construction paper and glue onto the front of the tissue box.

Cut and glue a beak and waddle to the face. Add your googly eyes as well!

Take your RoseArt crayons and color all over the red, yellow and orange construction paper. I used different fall RoseArt crayon colors and colored the paper completely. You can also substitute the crayons for RoseArt Colored Pencils if you’d like!

Once completed, cut out feathers from the construction paper and glue to the back of the tissue box with your RoseArt School Glue. In addition to the glue, I added a piece of the packing tape so it stays secure.

From now until Thanksgiving, you and your family members can write what you are thankful for and place it inside. On Thanksgiving Day, bring out the box and read all the entries aloud. Enjoy!
